International Student Affairs Placement Matters

International Student Affairs Placement (ISAP) is a student placement services organization located in Ottawa, Canada. We are committed to assisting students achieve their dream of higher education.

ISAP assists students in finding educational programs ranging from college diplomas to PhD’s to international development internships. ISAP works with institutions and conducts countless hours of research to provide the best programs available that meet the needs and goals of each of our students.

The concept for ISAP began in 2004 and was executed on a volunteer basis by president and founder Shem Bundi. During this period over 150 college and university admissions were placed for students overseas in various colleges and universities. When speaking with students who have applied internationally, many were unsuccessful due to a lack of information relating to study permits and incomplete application forms. ISAP provides solutions to these issues while creating an environment of faith to lead clients to their destination of higher education.
